SHIPPING RATES

US Orders over 100$	FREE	Applies to orders over $100 before tax. International orders and all items over 5lbs excluded.
US orders under $100 containing only Jewelry	$5.95
All other US orders under $100	$7.95
Canada	$10.90	An international surcharge of 20% will apply, which covers GST, PST and duties.
Australia	$22.95	Orders over $1000 (AUD) cannot be processed.
Europe	$19.96	Orders over €1000 (EUR) cannot be processed.

Note: Shipping rates valid on online orders only. Incremental charges may apply to domestic and international orders for additional weight and size. Items equal to or more than $500 may not be returned in store

Simply bring your invoice and eligible item(s) to a store near you.

Please note that items equal to or more than $500 may not be returned in store at this time.

Send your item(s) back to us with the shipping label that we'll provide.

The return shipping fee is $5.95 for the US, $10.95 for Canada and $25.95 for Australia. We'll automatically deduct the fee from your refund.

GIFT RETURNS

Gift recipients may return eligible gift items to a store.
In-store gift refunds will be issued as a Gift Card—redeemable online and in store at , and HauteLook.
To receive a refund to the original form of payment, the purchaser must return the item themselves either in store or by mail.

REFUNDS

All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.
Refunds for orders purchased with Gift Cards and/or Notes will be issued as a Gift Card and mailed to the original billing address.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Returns to a store will be refunded to the original form of payment on the spot.
Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center.

Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
